First, it is required mentioning that the main responsibility of the homeland security is to provide complete protection to the society and community from the criminals or anti-socials. Homeland security serves its responsibility and work at the basic level as it is only aimed to maintain discipline and also has the responsibility to maintain social justice in the social level. On the other hand, the organizations of criminal justice have the responsibility to protect the victims, pursue through investigations and responding to the emergencies.
